“Zero More Like It”

First thing I ordered was okay. But then I placed 2 more orders. The third order arrived so I started checking on the tracking of the second. USPS said that it was delivered. I have not received it. As of today, I have exchanged 13 e-mails trying to get the item or a refund. Just getting run around. Don't recommend using this site. Seems you get what you pay for in quality and less than that in customer service.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We have to take certain steps when a customer claims the item was delivered but tracking states otherwise. Unfortunately, it is a lengthy process that requires an investigation. The carrier in this particular case reported the item was successfully delivered to your address. We are doing our very best to see if we can somehow compensate for this inconvenience
