I sent two bags of never/slightly worn women's dresses, jackets, dress pants... have not heard à word after nearly a year; had it not been for a fit of spring cleaning, I would not have found an extra bag Thredup sent. They're a ripoff

Wonderful stuff, changes daily; one caution: no returns! However, I once ordered a ceramic rooster as a gift and received a cow! When I called, they told me to keep the cow & sent the rooster which was a huge hit!
