I had their discount card for my pain medicine prescription because United Healthcare keeps refusing to cover my medicine. Well so does "Good" Rx. When I called, a very snotty woman gleefully told me they were allowed to discriminate against me by law. I hope with all of my being that this woman develops a chronic pin condition. GoodRx sucks!

Hi Beth - I think you have the wrong company. GoodRx provides no services based on gender; we simply provide you with information and discounts to use at the pharmacy. I'm sorry for your experience, but I don't think we're the enemy here. It sounds like you're having an issue filling a controlled prescription, which can be challenging as many pharmacists are very cautious about filling those prescriptions and they may not honor GoodRx coupons (as we explain on the website), but that would be the pharmacist's choice, not ours?
