I booked and after I noticed a name was spelled incorrectly I tried to change it and they had me call the airline. I did this and the airline cancelled my booking and told me to have Cheapoair rebook it. It's been 2 weeks and I still have NO refund, NO credit. These guys are scammers. I will NEVER do business with them agai

Refunds can take upto 30 days to his your bank account from the time it was canceled. The charge was disputed within 7 days, therefore it delayed any process of refund, but since has been resolved, and paypal account has been refunded. Our apologies for any inconvenience you experienced.
