I ordered a tablet on 7 May, costing PHP6500. They delivered a set of make-up brushes worth about 50 pesos. I returned it, they processed a voucher refund, so I re-ordered. This time, they delivered a cheap plastic clock. I refused delivery. Since then, I've had two chat sessions, both times they've promised that the cancellation would be processed within 24-48 hours, but it's still showing as "shipping". Right now, I'm in the queue for chat for nobody's there. They seem to have a serious problem handling expensive items, and an even more serious problem handling customer service, now that there are no humans involved at their end.
