I'm a little upset that a few of my returns have not populated a return label. Am I liable for the return if it is under a certain price? Very confusing that some have labels and others just say "return in same package."

Please note that all return request outcomes are automated, and determined by various factors. When a return request is initiated, depending on those factors, some percentage of refunds may be provided without return of the item being required. Some percentage of return requests may be provided with free return shipping labels provided to the buyer. Beyond a threshold, the cost of returning an item with tracking in order to receive a full refund is at the buyer's expense.
When sellers have a high return rate for certain reasons (damage, wrong item, doesn't match description), they receive strong selling penalties for failing to follow our guidelines. Our system detects this and applies the penalty automatically so no further action is required on your part.
