I filled out the application almost 8 months ago. It took them nearly 2 months to setup up my EIN. After finally setting it up they said there was one more step. That was almost 6 months ago. It's still states "In Progress" in my status.

Once you are logged into your account they remove all support links and live chat box. Apparently they only like you to talk to them prior to purchase and make it difficult to resolve things after they got your money.

I tried to submit a valid coupon for a family-friendly website but when I submitted the form I received an odd message: "We apologize for the inconvenience, but at this time we are not publishing new offers"

What's the point of them limiting which websites we want to share coupons on.
