I just signed up this week. I opened a pay pal account because I did not have one. After I linked my account I get an email that says I cannot no longer do any surveys. This is what they sent me. Unfortunately, you have not provided responses consistent with our quality requirements and are no longer eligible for future surveys. Thank you for your time! I am on other survey sites. I have used Honey for a long time but I definitely would not do the surveys.

I agree with James c. They did the same thing to me. I did surveys and earned points. All of a sudden I was barred with no explanation and could not redeem my points. You also cannot get any support or close the account because you cannot log in. My next step is the attorney generals office which you can do online to get the account closed.
