Hassle free ordering. My relative was delighted with the flowers, but informed me that the DPD courier had lobbed the box over her locked driveway double gates, instead of delivering them to the house, via the unlocked garden gate. SerenataFlowers cannot be blamed for the a DPD courier's lack of care.
