2 out of 14 items I bought is good quality. I even received broken item and they want me to pay to ship it back. I am still waiting for 2 of my items and after I received those, I am done buying through them. There really is no buyers protection.

This protection also includes Tophatter's easy return policy. With our easy return policy, you can request to return an item for any reason within 30 days from delivery.
Please note when the buyer and seller are located in different countries, we are unable to provide free return shipping labels for these cross-border transactions. In some cases, buyers may receive a store credit to offset some of the cost of returning the item at their own expense.

I'm terribly sorry that your item arrived damaged and understand not wanting to pay for return shipping. Although a refund cannot be issued without the return of the item, I have applied a $5 store credit to your account. This credit is a bit over 50% of the amount paid for the item and will automatically apply to your first purchase of $6 or more.
