My problem is still not solved. I asked for products to be sent to me from Amazon. They received products, and took more than 2 months to locate it, now they want me to pay for storage. I am happy to pay for shipment but they refuse.
When staff can't solve your problem and want to "blacklist " you(really) because you are complaining well within your rights, you normally go to management. Sending an e mail to the supposedly "management" and he refuses to assist and refer me back to the her.
I have written back to him but he is ignoring me. I now asked to speak to his manager and I am still waiting. This is the worst I ever experienced. Be aware they are not interested to deal with you. There are 48 products missing(after they received everything) and they just ignore the issue
