This web site claims they will deliver your item in minutes 24/7. Before placing my order I contacted their live customer service and specifically asked if the item was available for immediately delivery and was told yes. After placing the order i was told they needed time to deliver the item, fair enough. After a few days I contacted them without identifing myself and asked if they had the item in stock and was told yes, then I identified myself and said I had placed an order, oh we are sorry we made a mistake we don't have the item in stock. Contacted a few days later and they said they had the item ready for delivery but I would have to remove the PayPal dispute first. I'm not new to this so I said you've lied to me before. Let's meet online, you show me you have the item for trade, without trading it, I'll close the dispute, you can confirm this and we can continue the trade. Very easy, however they kept insisting I close the dispute first. After an extensive back and forth they said oh, I see we already refunded you. I checked and they had just, during the last few minutes of our back and forth decided to refund me. No doubt they realized I was not going to close the PayPal dispute without having seen the item. Don't trust these people. Also had similar problem with www.buylotro.com, www.igxz.com, and www.lotro-gold-money.com. At least at these web sites I was able to file a PayPal dispute and get a refund. Recommend no one ever use these web site, buyer beware.

Contacted their live support numerous times, always with the same response, we need more time to deliver your order. Their grammer while typing suggests they are not American. In the process of disputing charge with credit card company. Also had exact same problem with www.buylotro.com, www.igxz.com, and www.lotro-gold-money.com. At least at these web sites I was able to file a PayPal dispute and get a refund. Recommend no one ever use these web site, buyer beware.
