Nice home designs but finished product and follow up to complete/repair disappointing.
Had good and bad experiences with their staff some are helpful and others not so much. The rush to complete your home will leave you with shabby workmanship in their rush to complete and to get them back in is a constant battle and keep all your paper work so you can call them on BS. As you go up the management chain it does seem to get worse. Their Director of Construction will play cool like he is there for you but just Google his online past (Rawlings homes) Paul Rawlings.
