Ordered a F5 Trail Bike and it was shipped without pedals or a charger. Still have not received the order and please try and call their home office and get a response. They will not pick up the phone or return an email even when I pretended to try and order another bike. Worst customer service I have ever received for the $$$$$ I spent. Go with another company as their are a ton of options out there.
* FLX Bike attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
