Received a sick Hermans turtle to begin with... dark skin, lethargic, dry, and not eating. The terrarium and supplies they sent us were not adequate. No thermometer, wrong substrate, glass walls, no basking stone, and the timer was broken. $450 for sick turtle and $400 for crappy supplies. They will no give a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. REPORT TO BBB
