Ordered a pair of silk pajamas from ElleSilk for $180 in December of 2020. They arrived fairly quickly given the distance, that is the best thing I can say about this company. The pajamas literally started falling apart within 7 days of use, tag falling off, runs in the silk, etc. I contacted customer service thinking they would stand behind their product, especially at this price point. I was wrong. After a series of emails I was instructed to send the item back to China at my expense, once received they refused to do anything to remedy the situation even though they acknowledged the set was piling and running. Their refusal was based on the fact the item was used. Of course it was used, how would I have know about the lack of quality without wearing the item. I didn't spend $180 to look at the pajamas in their packaging. They offered to replace them but with a $100 restocking fee. I refused and now the disintegrating pajamas are on their way back to me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company and their inept (uncaring?) customer service.
