If the price seems to good to be true - it probably is. While eneba claim to just be a marketplace - they take some responsibility for selling keys through their site.
Bought a key to use for a game that evening - duplicate key did not work. Customer service apparently take over two weeks.

We're glad that you have taken the time to inform us about it. Please remember that Eneba does not publish, nor do we sell any of the games/subscriptions that are offered on our site, we simply provide a platform for our vendors to sell their keys at.
On some, rarer occasions, there can be a mix-up on our vendor's side when such issues happen. However, there is nothing to fear as our dedicated Customer Support team is more than glad to help you sort it out. If you didn't reach resolution yet to your issue, create a follow-up ticket with us and I'm sure someone will see it and will try to speed up the process.
