I purchased the Conture shaver, which is an ok product, but didn't realize that the purchase came with some type of subscription for ongoing deliveries of the the shaver & smoother heads. I sent an email to cancel the subscription & they stated I must call the customer service phone number for this type of issue. First of all, this is a highly deceptive business practice, secondly, it appears Conture is making it as difficult as possible to get this resolved. Apparently, they only post positive reviews to their site. I see a # of negative ones posted here.
