“BEST PLACE TO WORKOUT IN SASKATOON”

ILKB is a welcoming, encouraging, and positive place to workout. From the knowledgeable, friendly, motivating instructors to the supportive, encouraging members, ILKB Saskatoon has it all! I have had a love-hate relationship with working out for the majority of my adult life, but that has all changed since joining ILKB. For the past 6 months, I have punched, kicked, and sweated my way to becoming mentally and physically healthy, and I am absolutely hooked. I am definitely a lifer!
