I used this product for less then a day because even though I bought the right version it did not work on my laptop. I asked for a refund the same day I used it and they asked me to do a few things which I did already and no solution. In the end, they refused a refund even though all over their website it states a 30-day money back policy.
Awful customer service and will never buy another product from them in the future.
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy any products from them unless you have used them before and know they will work for your laptop. Even if it states compatible it isn’t always and they do not give refunds even though it is stated that they do.
