When I first joined last month they had a phone number and a fb page anyone could comment on... now there is no phone number listed at least not one anyone answers and their fb page seems to block any comments from the public only showing people who send in winning photos while not allowing any feedback at all. This seems like really bad, bad things are starting to happen. I hope I'm wrong. I'm about to send off my "my items have not been received for about 11 overdue items". I'll keep everyone posted on if, when, and what their response is. But I'm thinking that UPS and FedEx usually come well before their 5-8 day delivery times and since gift cards probably are just sent usps, I'm more than a little concerned that there would be issues with so many different products all being late...
