I bought a razor scooter from walmart.com a few months ago. It was for Christmas, so I hadn't opened it. Another price became available recently so I went to return the one I had (still in box with receipt and everything) and they wouldn't take it back. I called walmart.com and they said I only had thirty days. I was never informed I only had 30 days and wouldn't have bought it at the time I did if I had known. Apparently you have to log in to your account after you've bought it. In my experiences with other companies such as Amazon, Target, and Costco they've been much more understanding and at least a supervisor could override it or make an exception. No one could make an exception in this case and basically said "the system won't let me." Knowing now that they can't override their own system instill very little confidence! Don't buy from walmart.com!
