Iyogi lack what most call centres lack - common sense. While they were able to solve "easy" problems, they failed to listen when complex problems were explained. I've been in computers over 30 years and know how to write a clear report on issues. They steadfastly ignored written requests. I fear that this is more a language issue than an intellectual one. I am also covered for iyogi Apple support, but found them useless when it came to solving interfaces (i. E. synchronisation with my PC). I finally pulled the plug, when they managed to lose half my contact list after repeated warnings. Too expensive for poor service.
