Having invested heavily with the company, I have been disappointed I sent my paperwork back within the 10-day window they reviewed it under my request as there was missing vital questions it was sent back to me still having missed four major questions. Now the 10-day window has closed they refusede rectify The missing questions despite having sent it back within the 10-day window you can understand my frustration
FYI they sent it back to me the day I needed to send it off! And they want to offer me a modest discount so I can pay them to do it again! Help!

I asked nicely sadly to no solution
I appreciate there are policies but to ask to review within the policy time period of 10 days for them to still send it back having not been completed and to want to charge me for the same paper again a little frustrating!!!!

Steal money and won't give money back, would not give in paper on time. Don't care. I dose not...
They tried to make me pay more money and refused a refund when I said that I won't pay more money...
