I just received (8/27/2020) a letter from Filters Fast informing me that since July 15 2019 a code was placed on their website to steal customer credit card information. They did not discover this until July 20,2020. This means that for ONE year customers were at risk of having their IDENTITY STOLEN! What kind of a company take ONE YEAR to discover a security breach? Now I have to enroll in a fraud alert service to protect my credit card and my identity. I will never do business with this company again.
IT TOOK THEM ONE YEAR TO DISCOVER THEY HAD BEEN HACKED!

“SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME. UNFORTUNATELY, THESE CLOWNS ARE THE ONLY GAME IN TOWN FOR MY FILTER EXCEPT GE THEMSELVES AT ALMOST 50% HIGHER. I ORDERED AGAIN, BUT IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN, I MAY START A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT.”
