The brow product was horrible, it was defective. I followed the directions but the brow product started to smell badly. I contacted them and they offered a replacement but why would I want another serum that is going to do the same thing. This goes near your eye, no thanks. They refused to refund me stating it was past the 30 days. I had not been using for 30 days due to pandemic but regardless, the product should not smell if you are putting it on a clean face each night and storing it properly. They then said they would send me a coupon for next purchase, again I won't purchase another thing from a company that doesn't do the right thing for its customers. I found other customers that experienced the same issue and shared this with them, but they already knew this because there were too many for them not to know; that is a product defect. I wish I would have seen those reviews prior to purchase but instead I only saw the ones they have on their site. When you are looking for a specific issue, you find the others. They still refused to refund. Horrible service. Waste of money.
