They advertise that you can go on their website to order a free sample before buying. I ordered a free sample and everything went great. I then get a message from the company asking me to pay 3.95 for shipping. I have the order confirmation which said free. I wrote them back saying that is a scam and to keep their freeze dried food.

Email from company:
We received your request for a sample, and wanted to make sure we get that sent out. We just need to collect the $3.95 shipping charge, and verify your shipping address. Please call me at *******369 to and I can process the shipping charge and get the sample sent out right away. Also, the address we have is as follows, please verify that this is correct.


I am very wary of buying things on apps like Tophatter but I thought I'd give it a shot. They gave me free $5 so I bought a little bluetooth speaker. It works pretty well. No complaints aside from super slow shipping.

I then bought a bag/purse for $7. It was cute but way smaller than the description said. I put in for a refund and they processed it right away without me needing to send the item back. I was impressed.

The reason for the 3 stars is that the stuff is the quality of stuff you buy at the $1 store. Make sure to look in the free shipping section and don't pay more than $10 for any of it and you will do fine. Just be advised this stuff ships from China and can take up to a month to arrive.

When Chewy first started I was very happy because there are no pet stores in my entire town. I have 2 dogs and Chewy delivered dog food right to my door without any hassle. Anytime I have a problem they help right away without any negative issues. I love their toys for my puppy and my dogs love their treats. I couldn't ask for better service or pet supplies.


I'm trying to downsize my house so have been selling items on ebay for the past few months. It has been ok until I decided to sell anything electronic. 1 out of 5 items has a complaint that it doesn't work or gets damaged in shipping. I send most of my stuff in cardboard boxes and use more bubble wrap than some stuff is worth. I test everything (taking pictures and video just in case) and know my stuff works. What I get back is broken junk that wasn't mine to begin with or buyers having a huge fit that I need to send them a replacement or all of their money back WITHOUT them needing to send the item back. All ebay says is "oh well you can block them". It makes me want to cry. I can't believe that ebay allows this. Sellers get really screwed. Then there are the lots I post that get changed to free shipping without my consent. I lost so much time, energy, and money. I've since pulled everything off and am just going to have a yard sale.

Anything I've bought from ebay has been drop shipped from amazon.com or China. What's the point?


I'm always very careful when looking at items to bid on and they're shipping prices you can get a pair of earrings that weigh less than an ounce but the shipping weight is 6 lb. That is totally ridiculous. The thing that kills me about shopping on shop Goodwill is the amount of stuff I receive completely broken and smashed. Getting your money back is almost impossible for something that is destroyed. Any other eCommerce service would return your money no questions asked but not shop Goodwill. I spent quite a bit of money on there over the years and for the most part they're jewelry lots are worth it. But if you're getting anything that can get smashed in the mail it definitely will. The final box I received of figurines was obviously smashed before they even put it in the box very disappointed.
