I ordered a couple of Android TV boxes which didn't do what I wanted them to and returned them within a couple of days. I went through the normal return procedure and got all the paperwork correct, I had the items returned to them at great cost given that they needed returning to Germany. Contacted them several times and although pleasant ineffective. Sent proof that someone at Geekbuying had signed for receiving the return but they claimed not to have received them.

After a bad one star review in Sitejabber they seem to have found the items and refunded the items in full. They asked to give them a good review but I can't as the process was still appalling and aggravating.

I had issues with another similarly named company. Ordered goods thinking UK and then got a cheap comptable. Plug looked like 13 amp UK but illegal as unfused. Contacted them but all they said was test it and no further support. Again in Shenzhen, China but goods seem to come from a different address. Be wary.

Thought that being co.uk that they were a UK company. They are in China.

I ordered what was meant to be a genuine Delta 19.5v 120w adapter as originally supplied by MSI. The invoice confirmed this.

I received a cheap 19v 120w - which is just a cheap compatible and what was supplied by MSI.

I disputed this and all they said was that it will work and test it. Do they not understand that it is not as ordered.

They also seem to have lots of other names and sites.

Con artists. Don't use them.
