Returned a watch a couple of years ago that had been an Xmas gift for my wife who decided she didn't like it; I was over the 30 day return limit but was told that I'd receive an account credit that would "never expire". I'd been watching the site periodically since then to find something to use the credit for, but each time I tried to order something I was informed that the item was out of stock after the order had been placed. Last week, I went on the site for the first time in awhile and found an item to purchase, but my credit was no longer there. Was informed by customer service that their computer system had been changed and my credit had been lost. I demanded to "speak" to a supervisor (you can't seem to actually reach anyone by phone) and I'm still waiting to hear back. Lots of better shopping websites out there.
