While I will admit the ordering process was as convenient as any other ordering system, I was, and still are waiting for all of my items to arrive. It should have been very simple, one item, two each, the same item. But when the box arrived, it was missing the second item. I replied back to Cody's customer service email, who claimed I was a valuable customer about the missing item. NO REPLY! So I called customer service, spoke to a nice lady and told her of my problem. She said Cody did not actually respond to any emails, but were automatically routed to customer service. She said that the item comes from the manufacturer and she would have to hear back from them. And if the manufacturer did sent two items, it might be a lost in shipping (why they would not box two identical items in the same box baffles me!). She said she would get back to me with a response. That's been days without a reply! Why Epic Sports would not take my word for it, apologize and send me my item is strange! Now my credit card is charged and I feel that no one at Epic Sports gives a #!$%!
