I purchased Jimmy Choo Slides at this site. It was om sale at 50% off. The original price was Euro 266.39 and down to Euro 133.20. If the sale price is converted to our currency which is Philippine Peso, it would be approximately Philippine Peso 8,000.00 plus.
Since our present administration imposed custom duties and taxes on importation worth Philippine Peso 10,000.00 up regardless of the exchange rate.
Spinnaker declared the original price with its 50% discounted price om the invoice and the item purchased has custom duties and taxes based on the original price and the worst is I cannot refute and dispute with the employee of the courier which is UPS and Air 21 ( local partner courier). I've paid more or less than Euro 100.00.
I wasn't given the copy of the computation of the custom duties and taxes from the customs. What was emailed to me is the courier's computation paper with its name on the heading. This is another learning experince for me and I will never ever purchase at Spinnaker again and knowing that UPS will be its courier!
Instead of saving the 50% discount the item got more expensive!
Unlike at FARFETCH, when the item is discounted the first time, they declare the original discounted price. When they have additonal discount regardless of the percentage, the original or first discounted price will be declared on the invoice. This is justifiable! If this slides was just available at Farfetch, the item would not have custom duties and taxes since spinnaker is one of the merchant at Farfetch.

I purchased Saint Laurent polo shirt medium bordeux color, to my surprise when I openned the package it was Prada polo shirt with the same size and color. As much as I wanted to return it for an exchange I cannot do it because the item was taxed U. S $105.00 something equivalent to Philippine Peso 5,541.80 to be exact.
I emailed farfetch regarding the mistaje done by their third party merchant. But only a return item and purchase again the right designer brand polo shirt this time to be taxed again twice, even if I'm willing to pay for the full price of the item.
Now, I'm paying the mistake of their merchant. Where is the justice here.
Can you blame me for being harsh and rude if wrong or unwanted item was shipped?!
As a businessman we should know how to accept our mistake and compensate our valued clients as they are the critical purchasers of us. As much as we can please them in order to keep them within us.
I did not even ask for any free shipping nor soecial discount code. All I ask was just to declare under value on the official so that I won't be taxed. This is just a simple request from their valued purchaser for almost one year.
I'm very disappointed with the service if farfetch. Instead of their service getting better, it's becoming worse.
