Buyer Beware: Kohl's does NOT honor their promotion codes. I entered some items to my cart yesterday Buy One Get One 50% Off. I went back in my cart today and it was still showing that same promotion. It was Not showing the right price so I called them and they could not see it on their end so they would NOT honor it. So I tried to enter the code CATCH15OFF and it told me that was upcoming promotion and would not honor that promotion either. So much for having to honor a price when it is advertised. Why would they advertise a promotion when it's not even available? I have done so much shopping with them and I am sad to say they are on my list of DO NOT SHOP!

I think that Macy's is a top notch store. I would give them a 10. I have made several designer handbags purchases and if I see one go on sale, after I have already made my purchase, they will go back and adjust the price. They are even pleasant about it. Wow, good customer service! Not use to seeing that now days.

I had a question about my sister getting anything for giving me CouponCabins name. They replied to me very quickly. Now days good customer service is hard to find. I gave them a 10.

Giving them one star is more than what they deserve. Do NOT shop at this store if you make too many returns. They have shut me off for 6 months to return anything. Sorry, I don't shop at stores that won't accept returns. I've gained some weight so i needed a different size or if I can get a better deal from another site or store, and sometimes (or I should say most of the time) things just don't look the same as they do online or if I just change my mind. So yes, I do make returns. I don't need to be treated like a child. I guess, they don't have the policy of hassle free returns. Please do NOT call them@ *******438. I don't know how many times I've tried (day and night and week-ends and the recording ALWAYS says it is experiencing a high volume of calls but your normal wait time is 4 minutes. Please do NOT fall for this! I have used up so so many of my minutes waiting for someone answers.
