I used the Range Dial on pork chops and steak and both were cooked to perfection - a juicy medium rare. I can set the temperature I prefer on my iphone and it alerts me when the meat reaches that temperature (set it for slightly less because meat still cooks when it rests). This will be an everyday tool in my kitchen.
