Why hasn't this company with the hundreds of complaints been found Criminally charged and made to refund monies stolen? I know there are hundreds of scams. Unless they are tracked and caught with harsh repercussions it will not stop. Doing nothing is viewed as encouragement for others to do this.

I ordered 2 hot pink self warming cat/dog bed & 2 Faux Grey Dog beds on 19/7/2019 and was given an order number for postage to Australia and 28th October, 2019 has not arrived.

I ordered 2 beds back in September last year and still havent received anything. Extremely unhappy.
