Stay away from online shopping with this vendor. Horrible delivery. Horrible communication with customer. Horrible return policy.
Placed an order on 11/29/19. Order was supposed to be delivered within 3 - 9 days. Received email 12/9 indicated that due to a large volume of shipments. Stated they would upgrade to 2 day shipping to arrive by Christmas. Stated that we would receive an email by 12/13 if the package had not been shipped.
No email by 12/13. Called 12/17/19. Talked to Megan. She said it was upgraded to 2-day Fed Ex shipping and would arrive within two days of being shipped. I asked her when it would be shipped and she could not tell me.
I then asked her about the return policy which was 30 days of the order being placed. Obviously, this is insufficient to allow time to return since the order was placed on 11/29. She said the return policy was changed to 45 days. This barely allows time to return if needed.
She then told me that had I placed the order through the store and not online, it would have probably arrived. Nothing on the website states this.
Very dissatisfied especially considering that it is such a high end store. Will not ever shop Hatch again. Not worth the hassle.
