! Do yourself a favor and skip even bothering. This permanent makeup technician is so unprofessional that it took me over 20 minutes to find her non-addressed, un-signed office in a rundown mall in the armpit of Ft Myers FL. I actually used a GPS and carved out 40 minutes extra, just in case, to make I got there on time. And, while lost, I couldn't even get her on the phone, despite frantically calling twice. Her voice mail advised me she would call me back after business hours. Finally, she is the only technician out of six that I'm interviewing who required a $50 deposit. Of course! Why not make easy money from folks not being able to locate you! I trust there's a room in hell for this woman. Now, I ask you, how skilled could this unprofessional, uncaring woman be?!?

I fell for the hype and ordered Vitier's anti-aging skin cream primarily because I wanted to try their related eye cream. I paid over $10 to have both shipped to me. I didn't even bother reading about the skin cream because when I checked the instructions for use of the eye cream it read to "apply to face and neck and keep away from eyes and mouth". Huh?! They're customer service... all of whom spoke with foreign accents were very unhelpful. I was finally able to cancel the subscription to receive monthly replacements, but unless I agreed to pay close to $40, I had to incur additional expense to return the product! I hadn't even opened it; didn't want any part of it after reading their stupid instructions and accompanying booklet full of typos! STAY AWAY; save your money and your time from this third rate operation.
