SCAM SITE! SCAM SITE! SCAM SITE! SCAM SITE!
Bought boots for my daughter for a Christmas present on Nov. 16. Nov 29 sent an email saying I had no tracking number so I could not find the boots or if they had even been sent. No response yet. It is Dec. 9!
They took MORE money out of my account on Nov. 18 than the total cost of the boots!?!?
Say there is no shipping or tax then charge $14 shipping $3.50 insurance AND $4.50 tax. So $75 boots end up costing $97. They took 98.23 out of my account!
Do not answer e-mails.
FAQs say there is a number to call when there isn't.
I'm in the process of filing a FRAUD Affidavit with my bank on this company to get my money back. I hope I can still get the boots for my daughter for the holidays!
All around a terrible experience DO NO ORDER FORM THIS SITE!
