Do not change over to DODO under any circumstances. There is no customer service at all, believe me. I requested a silent phone nbr, they changed it and never told me! Six weeks later I happened to find out when I complained about not receiving any incoming calls. I changed over to ADSL2+ and they didn't connect me for over 2 mths later. I wrote 5 times to complain about the lack of service and didn't receive a single response! They broke the contract yet if I change to another ISP, I am charged! Do yourself a favour and stay well away!
