Like all of the others posted, I ordered two DVDs for my grandson for Christrmas. I got a confirmation of shipment a few days later, but never received the DVDs. I did not realize it was an international site until it was too late. When I inquired about my mdse, I got no reply. I guess we have all been conned. Is there nothing we can do? The money was not that much, but the insult is TREMENDOUS.
