Very bad after service, though the customer service is good and immediate response to the emails but their after service is very very bad.
I bought Smartwatch I4Air 2G smartwatch from Banggood November 5 2017 and worked well for 6 months and then ceased to work, it did not switch on.
The warranty was for year and still six months remaining. I contacted Banggood customer service 2nd may by email and got the reply immediately on 3 May to ship it for repair. I shipped it on 8th May 2018 and contacted them after 3 weeks, they told me the watch is with the manufacturer for repair, and when contacted after 2 weeks to find out status, they told me the watch is still with manufacturer and once the ware house receive it they will ship immediately.
This went on for few more weeks, 31st July they said they received the watch from manufacturer and they will reship it to me immediately, I waited for a week and sent an email, they apologized for the delay and awarded me 500 points and also promised that they will ship it immediately.
Till today they have not shipped the item. August 21st they replied to me that the item is sent to logistics and the logistics will ship within 24 to 48 hours and so far they have not shipped the item.
