I purchased a battery on January 2nd, we received the wrong battery, according to the websites return policy if you receive an incorrect battery or defective battery they will pay the shipping to return the item and send you the proper item or a refund.
I informed them of the issue right away, taking pictures of both my battery and the one they sent and the screenshot of what i purchased. The battery contacts aren't even located on the same side of the battery.
I emailed them and while waiting days for a response I tried calling their phone number, their number on their website its NOT for them. The company that "built" their website is located in the same building as them, i figured that might give me an opportunity to find out their correct phone number but they also would not answer their phone.
After finally getting an email back from support after several days of waiting, I was told to return the battery and they would send me the right one. I emailed back right away asking for a shipping label, that's the last I heard from them.
I sent several more emails and informed them that I would be contacting paypal since they had not responded to me. A month later I finally got my refund but still no response via email. On paypal it says "item no longer available", more than likely they never had it to begin with. HORRIBLE
