Horrible! I had two orders places on June 22.20 and the one order GSHM7X00B000NLK I haven't received. This order was given a tracking number by UPS and I've contacted them and they haven't received anything other than a shipping label created. Advised I need to contact shein but no customer service? How do you contact a company with BOTS and have them help you to resolve an issue? The other I placed GSHM7Y00T0008P5 was delivered by Canada post with no problem! I've never had an issue with the two years I've been ordering here! Never! The one time I get UPS and i don't get my package. It says it's in Toronto and it's been cleared by customs same as the previous order but that got picked up by Canada post. Please help! I just want my package or I'll have to call my credit card company and dispute the charge since UPS said they can't do anything.
