If you decide to leave them for your home internet, cable and home phone, this one these two things will happen. They billed for two months of service after the equipment was returned to them, although we had no more service from them, by then we were using another provider. Also they will charge you for equipment, saying you had not returned it. Showed receipt for return and they removed the charge only to put it back several more times. Tip for consumers:
How bad customer service is, and you pay for anyone to come to your home for installation and repairs, every 15 minutes that they are there, and some people are not working the whole time they are at your home. Had two people who kept going to their trucks on the phone for 5 to 10 minute intervals, also one person stopped to have a cigarette several times. After last installment, the it wasn't even working yet. But got a bill for service starting that day.
