Doesn't work! App doesn't give you the services they advertise. Dashboard is empty most times. What little information you can see only updates maybe twice a month after clicking the "update" button every single day. They will refuse to give you a refund. Save yourself the headache of trying to get it to work and don't waste your money!

I just wasted $200 a month ago. Listen to the people on here that have rated it low. I've spent a month trying to get a refund. NONE of the text messages show up as promised. The log is soo slow I haven't gotten updated information on the phone in 11 days. They can't track Snapchat or Whatsapp like they claim. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Literally the WORST company I have EVER dealt with. They are quick to take money but will do everything in their power to not refund your money. I've had multiple people look to make sure it is installed correctly which it is. There are so many problems with their application and none of it works correctly. I've kept a log with every single correspondence and they just go around in circles NEVER resolving the issues with their software. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not waste your money!
