I ordered a desk 3 months ago and despite me sending several emails asking about the status of my package, I have received nothing but a tracking number. The tracking number has proven useless since the shipping company says it does not exist. I recently sent an email to their customer service address explaining that I wanted to cancle my order along with a full refund. They never responded, but something sketchy did happen within the app that I use to track all packages from eBay, Amazon etc... Previously, the app said the desk was being sold to me by officefurniture.com, nothing surprising there but after I sent the email asking for a refund the name changed to the name of my school board. The tracking number is the exact same as it was for the desk. I do not know what is going on, I wish someone would just let me know, and give me back my $200 that they practically stole from me.
In the pictures it gives the option to visit the store or view my order. If I click either of them it takes me to the page where something went wrong.
