Today a worker put the "We Deliver with Postmates" sticker on the store window without our consent or knowledge. They also put out the Postmates discount code. Watch out for these sneaky workers!

So Grubhub constantly keeps calling the store where I work at asking the same question every time: if we are interested in their delivery service. Every time, we tell them we are not interested at all. Today some girl called asking for the owner, she didn't even say her name or that she was with Grubhub. I think it is very manipulative when she does that. When I told her we are not interested whatsoever she kept asking why we are not, we don't have an account with them, we can make the service fee "free" (however much that is true I don't know) and then when I told her we are not interested for the 1000th time she asked me if I was the manager or supervisor. When I told her no, she rudely told me that she will call back at another time when "somebody who is in charge" will be in. Stop calling businesses that already told you they are not interested in your service and be rude and manipulative about it! So annoying!

I ordered two faux leather skirts, carefully double checking the size chart. I am a 26 in waist so I ordered a US size 2. However when I received them they were too small. Well to be fair the material is not stretchy at all, it's one of those tight faux leather skirts so maybe that's why I couldn't zip the skirts up but still... I wish the size chart was more accurate.

I see a lot of reviews saying this site is a scam site but I had zero problem with this website, no "hidden fees" or "customs" fees. I live in SoCal, placed the order on Friday the 5th of April and received the order today, Tuesday April 9th. They sent me the tracking number the following day right away on Saturday. So for me it was a real quick shipping/delivery process.

Based on my experience I am giving this website 2 stars because I do like the quality of the clothes, I think they are decent for the price. Especially when they have promotions, sometimes up to 40% off!

However why I am giving it only two stars and also annoyed me and made me almost bowed to never come back (only came back yesterday because of the 40% off promotion) was that I returned about four items or so that I purchased online, shipping it to the refund center or whatever the address is to return items on the website. When I went to the post office, the lady there warned me that a girl that tried to return her items a couple weeks ago and never got her refund because Fashion Nova said that they never received her package. So I got tracking and insurance on my package if I remember correctly. I even took a photo of my receipt in case I lose it. I waited and waited and waited for an e-credit but nothing. So I decided to contact customer service and emailed them about my situation along with the photo of my receipt. The only thing they sent me (and probably everyone else (was that because they were moving to a new warehouse that the orders will be delayed or something along those lines) I NEVER received a personalized email for the refund. My refunded items were worth at least $30... that I will NEVER get back. If you are reading this Fashion Nova is there any way that you could help me get my refund?! For your reference I sent back the items on November 21st 2018.
