If I could give this no stars I would. I needed to cancel the trip my husband planned for my friend and I. Of course he did not read the fine print about if needing to cancel. I call this horrible company up 15 DAYS BEFORE the trip was scheduled. I was given a run around on chart board and was told NO REFUND. First time using them and will be the last.
