I have been waiting since July for a refund of my plane tickets that were canceled by the Japanese government. These thieves told me that they don't have any contract with me. The airline told me they have a contract with Travelgenio.
Meanwhile Travelgenio took my money and won't return it.
Do NOT use this company.
