Ok, I purchased a Meizu m1 note from beautifultech.com about 3weeks back, shipping time was average. The phone got here and I was pleasantly surprised. The phone looked great and seemed to work good.
Long story short, this phone won't run many apps, it built in Chinese and many things are locked down.
I decided to return since this phone is clearly not an international phone ( I'm frome america). The phones website clearly states the app store won't work oursite China.
I begin very poilitely asking for a refund. Tjeybask how long have I had the phone. I've had it for about 4 day. On their site they have a 7 days, no questions asked. Well they asked me every question and gave every excuse to have me not return the phone, or if I do return it, I have to pay shipping ( no big deal) and I only get 85 percent of the product price back ( for shipping they claim).
The person I've been in contact with is *******@beautifultech.com at first she seems very kind, but when you want a return, be prepared to send video after video proving the phone is defective, then prepare for them to talk you down and steal your money.
Bad business. I will post another link with the actual conversations on you tube and I'll share the link.
I found all the phones they sell for cheaper elsewhere. I'm irate with their customer service, crappy product compatibility, they should know it doesn't work out of China. I paid 300 for a dumb phone. Don't buy from this site! They are scammers. Just pray you love everything about your phone, because your stuck with it.
