I ordered a package for over 20 dollars worth of make up to the Netherlands and it has been over 3 months and I still have nothing. When I contacted customer service they didn't help at all and kept saying that it was not their problem anymore once it arrived at my country. Only I called DHL and they told me the package had never even left the US. The customer service is horrible and they kept telling me to call someone else as it was not their problem anymore even if the package does not arrive at all. I can't even get my money back, don't order something from this site from another country!
